The Human Resources division of the Village Administrator’s Office, under the direction of the Assistant Village Administrator, is the central coordinating point for attracting, retaining, and motivating qualified employees dedicated to excellence in public service.  Human Resources strategically partners with operating departments and employees to provide assistance and guidance in all areas of employment including:

Risk Management
Human Resources is the coordinating point for risk management, a function which has served to reduce the overall liability exposure of the Village. Risk Management also coordinates general liability claims against the Village.  If a member of the public has suffered property damage or injury believed to be due to the responsibility and/or action of the Village, please contact Human Resources directly by phone or via email.
